Project Baxter was planned as a co-op, multiplayer action-adventure game based on the Dungeons & Dragons universe, built in Unreal Engine 5 and was discontinued in 2025.

On Project Baxter I created a data driven UI menu foundation, enabling designers to configure menu structure through DataAssets instead of engine-embedded UI logic. Implemented a callback system allowing systems to subscribe to settings changes, reducing hard dependencies. Replaced frame-based HUD animations with an asynchronous timer, improving HUD UX. Developed networked UI components (countdown, ready-up, and chat modules). Improved cross-platform UX by extending gamepad navigation behaviours to keyboard navigation patterns.
